產(chǎn)品描述：Periodontal Ligament Fibroblasts (PLFs) are the predominant cell types found in periodontal ligament and play an important role in development, function and regeneration of periodontal connective tissues. Fibroblasts of periodontal ligament are considered multipotent cells and involved in the synthesis and phagocytosis of collagen and matrix components, secretion of cytokines, as well as osteoclastogenesis. Although similar in morphology and growth rate, periodontal ligament fibroblasts differ functionally from gingival fibroblasts in terms of response towards biological factors, extracellular matrix expression and alkaline phosphatase levels.
